Objectifs
By the end of the Master in Finance, students will be able to: Know basic institutional and regulatory framework of finance in organisations and markets ;Understand the conceptual foundations and analytical methods in finance ;Apply analytical methods in finance to solve practical problem encountered by corporations, financial institutions and markets ;Critically assess the drivers of contemporary financial issues ;Incorporate ethical dimension and implications for sustainability in financial decisions ;Communicate effectively in oral and written form ;Work in team ;Solve complex problems.Students pursuing the track Finance and Information Technology will also learn to:Analyse from a functional standpoint an ERP implementation or upgrade project and provide support to the project ;Design and implement Business Intelligence systems to support financial decisions ;Design, implement or update a feature
- rich financial application.
The Master in "Finance and Information Technology" (FIT) provides students with skills in both finance and financial IT.This Master provides advanced training to future multi
- skilled financial professionals with strong technical knowledge. The programme includes theoretical and practical courses in corporate and market finance as well as interdisciplinary courses in IT decision support technology and tools (Business Intelligence). By the end of their master, students will have a strong finance expertise with a good knowledge of main decision support tools in Finance. This will allow students to get jobs in many areas including interdisciplinary jobs such as ERP finance functional consultant, business consultant in finance, or IT
- finance project manager.
